Newsletter signup

When you join the Ka$htalk Community, we collect the email address you submit so we can send label news, music, merchandise, and event updates. You may ask to unsubscribe at any time.

Artist submissions

When you submit music, we collect the artist name, real name, email, city, social and streaming links, best-song link, and short bio you provide. The Ka$htalk team uses this information only to review and respond to submissions.

Analytics

The site does not currently load a third-party advertising or behavioral analytics tracker. If privacy-focused aggregate analytics are enabled later, this policy will identify the provider and explain the data collected before that change goes live.

Storage and sharing

Submission and newsletter data is kept in the site's private database and owner dashboard. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only when required by law, to protect the site, or to service providers needed to operate it under appropriate safeguards.

External services

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other services take you to those companies' websites. Their own privacy policies apply after you leave kstkprod.com.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the newsletter, email kashtalkproductions@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
